You can self-refer to NHS West Sussex Talking Therapies at any time, day or night. You don’t need to speak to your GP first.
You can also self-refer over the phone between 9am to 4.45pm. If you leave an answer phone message outside of working hours, we will aim to respond to you the next working day.
