We are a team of dietitians providing safe and evidence-based nutritional care.
What we do
We provide nutritional care to adults in the community.
We support adults (aged 16 and above) by providing safe and evidence-based nutritional care with a wide range of conditions, in out-patient clinics, home visits and when admitted to the intermediate care units.

We offer home visits, out-patient clinic appointments, by telephone or video call and also provide support in our Intermediate Care Units.

Preparing for your appointment
We will typically discuss your medical history, dietary intake and weight and then establish an agreed dietary plan.
What happens after my treatment or therapy plan ends?
We will either arrange a follow-up or discharge you if no further appointments are required. We will usually send you a copy of the letter we send to your referrer following your appointment.
How can I access this service?
We receive referrals from your GP or any other health care professionals that are supporting you.
To be referred to our service you need to be registered with a GP in High Weald, Lewes, or Havens.
