We are the main provider of NHS community care, every day our expert teams provide medical, nursing and therapeutic care to more than 9,000 people.

From our health visitors caring for babies and young children through to our multi-disciplinary community teams caring for adults and the elderly.

We are dedicated to delivering excellent care at the heart of our communities, maximising choice and providing certainty that when our patients need us wherever they are we'll be there.

I've had a few problems and one by one, they've been sorted out. They've been very good indeed.

It's been a happy experience, I couldn't really ask for better companions.

Our workforce employ over 6,000 staff who work together to deliver compassionate care and we are very proud of our diverse workforce delivering care in the community.

Our large nursing family is made up of community nurses health visitors and a diversity of specialist nurses, all working throughout our communities to make a difference and deliver excellence.

In delivering the right care and treatment we also work together with our therapy and medical colleagues.

I love the community aspect of it. I love being able to see patients in their own environments that's a very privileged and very honourable thing to do. Especially for those patients that aren't able to get out into more acute settings.

I get great staff career development in my role, there's always clinical supervision and appraisals. If anything I'm not sure I know there's support always available.

We offer a variety of job opportunities across our clinical and support services flexible working arrangements, ongoing training and excellent professional development tailored to your needs.
