Who we are

Sussex Primary Care (SPC) is a GP Federation, consisting of seven practices and a remote GP service, SPC Connect, reflecting a combined list of over 50,000 patients. At the heart of our vision are our patients and their needs. We are excited about our journey in delivering outstanding and innovative primary care.


How can I access this service?

Our GP practices are located across East and West Sussex and the city of Brighton and Hove. We operate in Brighton and Hove, High Weald Lewes and the Havens, Mid Sussex and Horsham, and West Sussex.
