The People’s Choice Award is part of Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust’s annual Staff Awards, which recognise innovation and excellence in patient care.
It gives patients, families, carers and members of the public the chance to nominate members of staff or teams who have provided outstanding care or support, going the extra mile to make sure they have a positive experience with our services.
Our dedicated teams deliver NHS community services to more than 10,000 adults and children across the county every single day. We think they all deserve recognition, but we know there are many who go beyond the call of duty for the people and families who need them.
Nominations for the People’s Choice Award are now open. Just fill in a short form telling us who you’re nominating, where they work and why they are so special.
You can nominate anyone who works for us who has helped to brighten up your day or gone above and beyond to provide the best care.
You have until 31 August 2023 to submit your nominations.
