Sussex Community NHS Charity launched their brand new website today (10 April).
With an eye-catching design and user-friendly feel, the new site is a modern online solution for the charity, designed to increase fundraising and raise awareness of the fantastic work we do as a Trust.
Since establishing our new charity name and branding in 2020, our supporter base has grown and we have been delighted to fund so many fantastic projects as a result. Having our very own space allows us to showcase these incredible stories and share the wide range of ways the public can support us.
The website truly captures the character and community spirit of our charity and the special people at the heart of it – our wonderful NHS staff, volunteers, supporters and patients. As a charity, we strive to not only bring innovation and enhancements to medical care, but to also bring comfort to our staff, our patients and their families in what can be difficult times.
We are hugely grateful to NHS Charities Together for awarding our charity a grant to design and build our fantastic new website.
A new feature of the site that the charity is particularly excited about is the events page where people can view all the activities taking place across the UK and can sign up to take part in an event in just a matter of minutes.
Another important element of the website is accessibility which has been one of the top priorities during the development of the site. All the pages have been created to AA accessibility standards and are compatible with multiple devices, ensuring members of the public and our patients can access the information they need to support our charity’s work.
