Welcome to the Chil-led Out Olympics (COO) - our Children's Healthy Lifestyle team's (CHiL's) fun-filled take on the Tokyo Games.
COO is designed to encourage families with babies and young children to complete enjoyable physical activities and eat nutritious meals created for each day of the real Games.
You and your little ones can take part by scrolling down and watching the short videos demonstrating each activity and reading the recipe cards explaining how to prepare each meal.
You'll see there is an activity and recipe for each one of the Tokyo Games' 16 days. Everyday materials can be used for each activity and the recipes are quick, simple and inexpensive to make.
We invite you to let us know how you take part in the Chil-led Out Olympics by tagging us in your posts and photos on Twitter and Instagram (@nhs_scft), and Facebook (@sussexcommunitynhs).
Further information is available here.
Have a great Games!
