"I did not know of this team until I had my stroke - perhaps this is not surprising. Nevertheless, the team has surprised me in every way and I find myself unable to fault it. I have been especially impressed with the way the Team work together, integrating all professional disciplines as well as a group of carers of various ages and many backgrounds. The secret seems to be good communication as well as a respect for each member's role in the team. I shall always be grateful for the help and advice and encouragement I was given in the aftermath of my stroke, which has helped me to face the future in a positive frame of mind, however limited it may be at my age. It is very reassuring to know that Brighton & Hove have such a team at the time of cuts - long many it continue."

"Your team is supporting us through the most difficult part of our lives so far. We cannot thank you enough. I do not know where Steve would be without you now. Of course, you are doing your job as professionals, but you have gone beyond that. Your skills are giving Steve a level of independence which seemed impossible just a few weeks ago.
Kind regards and whoever is starting their community rehab in Brighton is in good hands.
