Child Health Information Service

The Child Health Bureau is the central administrative base for the Child Health Services across West Sussex and is located in Chichester, West Sussex. Our service is for patients who live in West Sussex, have a GP in West Sussex or go to school in West Sussex. We hold a record of all children between the ages of 0-19, which includes immunisation, pre-school and school health reviews and assessments.

A child's information is stored on a secure child health system to ensure that records are correct and plan for future health reviews. Anonymous data is provided to services and the county council to monitor public health and future service needs.
