Child Development Centre - Mid Sussex
The Mid-Sussex Child Development Centre (CDC) houses a team of different health staff dedicated to the assessment and treatment of children with developmental and special needs.

Parents and carers can ask any professional who knows their child to complete a referral form and send it to the Team. Parents and carers are also welcome to contact Mid-Sussex CDC for more information.
