The Motor Neurone Disease Specialist provides ongoing specialist care, support and advice for all patients diagnosed with motor neurone disease and their family and carers.

How To Access:
We operate an open referral system. For new clients we will need confirmation of diagnosis from your GP or Consultant before assessment.

The following criteria must be met:-
- Have a diagnosis of Motor Neurone Disease
- Registered with a GP in our coverage area
