Children who do not attend school are offered these vaccinations at clinic.
We run community catch-up clinics for NHS vaccinations to children aged 0-19 years.
To book a clinic appointment in your local area, you will first need to submit a consent form for your child/young person. See ‘how to access’ information below.
To complete a consent form for school aged vaccinations, please visit: https://www.susseximmunisations.co.uk/
You will need your child’s unique school code – if you do not have this, please ask your school or contact your local team below.
Once you have submitted a consent form, you will receive an email confirming consent and your child will be offered their vaccination in school. If the immunisation session for this academic year at your child’s school has already passed, you will be sent a link via email to book a clinic appointment instead.
If you are unable to submit the form online, or have any questions, please call your local neighbourhood immunisation team on the numbers below.
