The service provides specialist assessment and rehabilitation for adults in Brighton and Hove who are at risk of falls and fractures or at risk of developing Osteoporosis. We aim to help people avoid falls and fractures, remain independent and feel more confident in daily activities. We offer this service within clinics or in people's own homes.
