Walk For Wards

We are thrilled to see the return of Walk for Wards on Saturday 11 June 2022 at Glynde Place in Lewes.

Tucked away in the heart of the South Downs, Glynde Place is a rural estate and offers a beautiful backdrop for all the walkers and runners for an event that is proving to be a very remarkable day.

NHS Charities in Sussex, including Heads On (Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust’s charity), East Sussex NHS Charity, Sussex Community NHS Charity and SASH Charity (Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust’s charity) are uniting to launch the event; asking participants to select the NHS Charity that means the most to them.

The charities are challenging participants to take on either the 5km or 10km route all whilst raising vital funds.

We are asking YOU to walk, run or jog for Sussex Community NHS Charity and raise funds to provide extra support to enhance patient care at Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust.
