I particularly like the fact they were home visits because I was in hospital for a month and was very keen to get out of hospital, and the fact I didn't have to go back in for appointments, sort of checkups, really helped. I think because there were home visits they got to know me more, we had a good relationship and they helped me a lot actually. I'm now a member of a gym, my diet's improved, I've lost some weight, so many thanks to them, they helped a lot.
They've certainly provided a very good, caring service for me through the neuro rehab team, been very very good. I didn't really have any expectations all I can say is I've been really impressed with the care that I got. I think particularly for people that living by themselves, I mean I'm lucky to have a partner, but if I was by myself and had the experience I had, I'd have felt very very lonely at home and I think the fact that home visits really important.

I wanted to say a massive thank you for everything you did for Granny. We have all been comforted with knowing how well she was cared for by you all. She always said how lovely and kind you all were to her.
I write to thank both of them for their professionalism and humanity throughout my assessment. They were wonderful. They started by introducing themselves and asking if I wished to have a chaperone. They then outlined what I could expect from them. Then they asked me to tell my story.
Really good service with a lot of very caring people. The care I received was second to none. The staff involved with my care were well trained and really compassionate. I cannot see a way that you can improve this service. Absolutely wonderful.
My son missed his vaccination at school. I was able to easily make an alternative appointment for him for a Saturday afternoon near where we live. Two friendly nurses injected him in both arms at the same time in less than two seconds. Brilliant service.
I had to take the pushchair to Horsham hospital wheelchair service who were ever so helpful and was asked to bring in the pushchair on the day and engineer tried his best to make it safe.
Thank you so much for all you have done […]to enable this to happen and give [our son] the best start for school. I know it's been a lot of paperwork for you and you were his only sole advocate for a while. So I can't tell you how appreciative we are of all you did to get us to this point and get others on board.
Your services have been exemplary. I have nothing but praise for the Community Nurses, who came to me every day for about 5 weeks to treat my weeping legs and got them into a perfect condition to be eligible for me to have a much-needed hip replacement. I wanted to express my thoughts to you too in acknowledgement of my gratitude for your nurses' good work on my behalf.
Can't praise the UCR support workers (therapy assistants) enough, they are all amazing and I'm so grateful for their support.
