What does this service provide?

Who we are

We are a team of prosthetists, technicians, consultants in rehabilitation medicine, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, health care assistants and administrators. Our prosthetists and technicians are employed by Blatchford For Amputees (blatchfordmobility.com), a manufacturer of some of the world's most advanced prosthetic technology.

What we do

We provide lifelong support for people of all ages with limb loss and limb difference.

We are here to help patients with congenital or acquired limb difference achieve and sustain their maximum mobility, dexterity and independence. We help facilitate return to work and education and participation in society.

We provide a prosthetic limb service to people with limb loss and congenital limb difference and carry out the production, maintenance and repair of artificial limbs. We also assist with pain management, wound healing and health screening to help minimise the risk of further limb loss.
