What does this service provide?

Our teams of nurses, physiotherapists and other clinicians offer care to patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and other respiratory conditions. They work in clinic settings as well as providing home visits for some patients who are not able to get to the clinics. Their aim is to work with patients to improve quality of life, planning care which suits the person's individual needs.
