Referrals are accepted by Healthcare Professionals (for example GP’s, Consultants, Community Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists etc).Patients who have a confirmed diagnosis of a Parkinsonism (including Parkinson’s disease, vascular, MSA, PSP, CBD etc), made by a Consultant Neurologist or Elderly Care Physician.
Referrals are accepted via One Call, on 01293 228 311.
