Parkinson's Disease Nurse Specialist (Brighton & Hove)

We provide access to specialist support for patients with Parkinson's, in the community, to improve health outcomes and quality of life for people and support patients in managing their own condition.

  • How To Access:

    Referrals are accepted by healthcare professionals (for example GP's, consultants, community nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists etc.). Patients who have a confirmed diagnosis of a Parkinsonism (including Parkinson's disease, vascular, MSA, PSP, CBD etc.), made by a consultant neurologist or elderly care physician, can self-refer.

    Referrals are accepted by phone, fax, or post from GP's and consultants following a confirmed diagnosis.

    There is no specific form required, though as much background (medical / nursing / social) information that can be provided will be appreciated.
