Child Death Service
This support service is for families who have experienced the death of a child from age 0 up to their 18th birthday. A home visit is made initially to make an assessment of the needs of those in the family with signposting onto other relevant agencies if needed. On going visits generally take place in the home; the frequency and number depend upon individual circumstances and the demands on the service.
