Everyone is welcome to join our Annual Members’ Meeting

In line with current national social distancing guidelines, this year we are holding our Annual Members’ Meeting virtually via a free to use platform called Microsoft Teams.

What to expect during the meeting:

At the meeting the Trust’s annual report and accounts 2019-20 will be presented by our Chief Executive Siobhan Melia and Chief Financial Officer Mike Jennings.

Our Chief Nurse, Donna Lamb, who joined the Trust on 1 June, will talk about how the Trust has been maintaining quality of care through the COVID-19 pandemic. This will be followed by the Lead Governor’s report from David McGill.

There will then be a questions and answers session.

Before we close, there will be a presentation about the Trust’s charity from our Non-Executive Director, Janice Needham, and Community Fundraising Manager, Rosie Hemming. They will share information about the purpose of the charity, examples of donations made during the pandemic and how people can get involved and fundraise.

You can access Microsoft Teams from your smartphone, laptop or computer.

If this is the first time that you have used Microsoft Teams, you might find this video on YouTube useful as a guide to help make sure you are set up and ready:

You can join the Annual Members’ Meeting virtually by clicking here. We recommend that you join at least five minutes before the meeting is due to start so that we can accept you into the meeting.

You will be able to see and hear the presenters at all times.

Please note we will automatically mute you when you join. You can ask a question during the meeting by clicking on the ‘Hands Up’ icon or write a question in the chatbox area. Please note your camera setting may automatically be set on so that others can see you. Do turn your camera off if you do not want to be seen.

Please note the meeting will be recorded and will be available on the Trust’s public website shortly after the meeting for anyone to view on catch-up.
