Innovative and successful

We have secured three places in the HSJ awards 2015, billed as ‘the largest celebration of excellence in UK healthcare, highlighting the most innovative and successful organisations, people and projects.’

The shortlisted entries will be judged by senior health sector figures before the winners are declared in November. Our shortlisted entries are:

  • Our care without carbon strategy for sustainable healthcare, shortlisted in the Improving Environmental and Social Sustainability category.
  • Our proactive care programme on behalf of Coastal West Sussex Collaboration, shortlisted in the Primary Care Innovation category.
  • Our telehealth project working with eight care homes and the digital company Docobo using online technology to improve care, shortlisted in the Using Technology to Improve Efficiency category.

The telehealth project is also on the shortlist for the Nursing in the Community category in the 2015 Nursing Times awards.
