It is an experience of a lifetime, one hundreds of thousands of people apply to enter each year, which raises millions of pounds for charity.

Although we do not have a charity place this year, if you have your own place and would like to raise funds for our charity, please get in touch.

Why run for Sussex Community NHS Charity

Why run for Sussex Community NHS Charity?

The money raised will help us make grants to SCFT for the things core funding cannot buy, the big and little extras that help our amazing staff continue to provide our patients with truly outstanding care.

Every penny raised can help us enhance patient care by funding:

  • Improving the physical and mental health of patients, staff and volunteers;
  • Supporting staff development to help them provide excellent care;
  • Improving the equipment and facilities for the diagnosis and treatment of our patients;
  • Creating patient and family-friendly care environments;
  • Advancing our understanding through medical research.

£2000 could impact a service for years to come, by funding a piece of advanced equipment for diagnosing or treating patients, brightening up a family waiting room or funding a research study to improve patient care.
