Just as your Christmas wreath has no beginning and no end, Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust provides dedicated compassionate care to patients 365 days of the year.
Help us to enhance facilities, advance medical knowledge and improve the physical and mental health of patients and staff all year round by giving back to your local NHS this Christmas.
Join in with some festive fun, from dressing up to entering our cookie decorating competition, or from sending charity ecards to cheering on our SCFT virtual trekkers - showing support to our staff and patients in the process. Find full details about all of our christmas activities and how to get involved below.

An impact that's long-lasting, not just for Christmas.

Sussex Community NHS Charity is calling Trust staff to stay active this winter by virtually coming together for an epic trek from London to Lapland. A team challenge like no other!
Combining steps, miles or kilometres clocked up from various activities (no powered vehicles allowed!), our trekkers will cross 13 milestones on a journey that will lead through Brussels, Amsterdam, Berlin, Warsaw, Vilnius, Riga, Tallinn, Helsinki, Tampere, Jyväskylä and Oulun, to our destination of snowy Lapland.
Stay tuned here and follow us on social media for updates on our progress.
If you would like to give our trekkers a cheer, donations to our JustGiving page are greatly appreciated and will be used to enhance patient services and support the wellbeing of our staff and volunteers.
If you are a member of staff or volunteer, join the challenge!
Visit The Pulse > Supporting You > Our Charity for details on how to join the team.
Donate to place a star in our virtual sky. You can dedicate the star in memory of a loved one or add one as a 'thank you' for the care you have received or to a friend or colleague for their support.
Although we are launching our starry sky this Christmas, it will be there for a while so that you can dedicate a star at any time of the year.
Visit our DropBox Christmas Appeal folder to download posters and social media templates.
