Testimonials

The receptionist treated us with care and empathy. The dental surgeon delivered first class treatment with gentle kindness and compassion which is appreciated at any age but is especially important in old age. She explained carefully at every stage of the treatment exactly what she was going to do and put my husband completely at ease.  This world could do with many more highly skilled people who make the patient feel as if their health is of great importance to them. The dental nurse was also very skilled and showed the same care and kindness.

When we arrived we were seen very quickly and the staff were all very friendly. Also, clean rooms and waiting room. Really pleased.

How can I access this service?

We operate on a first come, first served basis. Appointments cannot be pre-booked, and walk-ins will not be accepted. Patients should telephone the clinic directly as soon as the phone lines open to book an appointment, or if all appointments are taken, receive advice from a dentist over the telephone.

Our appointments provide temporary treatment for patients with dental pain that cannot be managed by over-the-counter analgesia, for dental trauma, management of post-extraction bleeding and referral for oral lesions.

Where can I access this service?

Waiting times

During each session we can accommodate 7 appointments. Patients who meet our treatment criteria are placed into a call waiting system to speak to our reception to book an appointment. The call waiting system will only hold 6 patients in the queue to limit the waiting time. If all 7 appointments are allocated the message will notify patients. Please keep retrying until the message advises that all appointments are taken. The service is very busy, and appointments tend to get booked up soon after phone lines open, but you may request a telephone appointment if we are full.
