Mid Sussex Child Development Centre

The Mid-Sussex Child Development Centre (CDC) houses a team of different health staff dedicated to the assessment and treatment of children with developmental and special needs.

  • Assessment, which may include investigation, diagnosis and treatment and early intervention based on a child and family’s individual needs
  • A flexible and responsive service committed to working in partnership with parents/carers and children and young people
  • High quality information and support at the earliest opportunity, to plan together with families to meet their needs

How To Access

Parents and carers can ask any professional who knows their child to complete a referral form and send it to the Team. Parents and carers are also welcome to contact Mid-Sussex CDC for more information.

How to find us

Buses for Mid-Sussex CDC: There is a bus stop situated on Butler’s Green Road outside the main entrance to the Nightingale Centre.

Directions from car park: Walk up steps to double doors marked Nightingale Primary Care Centre, take stairs or lift to 2nd floor.
