Lymphoedema Service

The Lymphoedema service is a Specialist Nurse- led clinic for patients with a diagnosis of either primary or secondary lymphoedema. The patient will have an assessment of this long-term condition and treatment options are discussed. The patient is taught strategies for self-management. The clinic provides intensive treatments that can include multi-layered bandaging and lymphatic drainage massage to help reduce limb oedema.

How To Access

Referrals can be made by GP's, Consultants, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Community / Practice Nurses. Referral proforma and guidelines can be found at gp.westernsussexhospitals.nhs.uk

How to find us

The clinic is at the north end of Chapel St. There is limited parking at the clinic. There is Pay and Display and disabled parking to the rear of the clinic in St Cyriacs Car park. Nearest bus stops are at the Cathedral in West Street.
