We are the Sussex Wide CFS/ME ServiceOur service is for people with mild to moderate CFS/ME We provide outpatient treatment at several locations across SussexWe will help you with learning self-management strategiesThe service is aimed at assisting with diagnosis, assessment, therapy and treatment (where possible) for adult patients diagnosed with mild to moderate CFS/ME, using evidence based treatment programmes following NICE guidelines.

How To Access

GP referrals via standardised referral form including completed blood test results and copies of all relevant correspondence
