What does this service provide?
Who we are
We are a team of Parkinson's specialist nurses and practitioners who provide support for patients in Brighton and Hove and High Weald, Lewes, and the Havens, who have a confirmed diagnosis of Parkinson’s.
What we do
We provide holistic assessments and care planning, undertake referrals to the wider multi-disciplinary team and make medication adjustments and recommendations. We offer advice and information on living with and caring for those with any form of Parkinson’s.
Appointment information
Appointment types
We offer clinic appointments, phone appointments and home visits to housebound patients.
The frequency and location of appointments will depend on the needs of the patient.
We also provide one off new patient sessions.
How can I access this service?
Referrals to our service can be made by GPs and consultants following a confirmed diagnosis of Parkinson's.
No specific form is required although as much medical, nursing, and social background information that can be provided is appreciated.
Following an initial assessment phone call, patients will be offered an appointment.

Clinic locations
Clinics are based in different locations, detailed below. Most locations do offer free parking, but this may be limited so please allow time to park.
Details of where the appointment will take place are included in your appointment letter and in a reminder text message. If unsure, you can contact the service via email or phone to confirm appointment details (please do not call your appointment venue). Patients are welcome to bring someone with them to the appointments.
