What does this service provide?

Who we are

The Overnight Nursing Service consists of a team of nurses and healthcare assistants who aim to prevent hospital admissions and provide continuation of urgent clinical care.

What we do

The service provides end of life care and symptom management, catheter care, urgent wound care, urgent diabetes management and admission avoidance with deteriorating patients when appropriate.

Our Overnight Nursing Service will be supporting adult patients who require urgent nursing care to enable them to remain in their own homes.

Appointment and visiting information

Due to the nature of urgent care, timed appointments are not available but we aim to achieve visits within two hours where clinically assessed as appropriate.
