The Friends of the Kleinwort Centre (FKC) was established in 2013 to improve the experience for patients and staff at The Kleinwort Centre. Based in Haywards Heath, The Kleinwort Centre is highly regarded for the excellent intermediate care it provides to people following a period of acute hospital stay due to illness, or after surgery, and supports people to get back home as soon as it is safe to do so.

Leaving a Legacy

If you’d like to leave a legacy in your Will to the League of Friends, we recommend that you speak to your solicitor.

Grant Applications

The Friends will support projects that supplement the services of The Kleinwort Centre for the health, welfare, and comfort of the patients by the provision of additional facilities and equipment.

If the Trust is not able to meet a request, the Friends may be able to assist. Any staff based at The Kleinwort Centre are able to apply for funding for projects as described within the Friends’ constitution. Please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. Once discussed with the League of Friends Support team, staff are requested to complete an application form which will be supplied by the team and submitted to the Friends.
