Fundraising
The Friends raise funds with the help of many local organisations and their team of dedicated volunteers. They run events such as the annual Hospital Fete (every August Bank Holiday Monday), the Summer Fair and the Carol Concert, and they attend local community events to raise both funds and the Friends profile. Many local people have also been kind enough to leave the Friends a legacy in their Will. These, together with donations from grateful patients and relatives help to support the hospital’s major development projects.

How to apply for a grant
If the Trust is not able to meet your request, then the Friends may be able to help. Any staff based in Crowborough Hospital or supporting Crowborough patients are able to apply for funding for projects as described within the Friends’ constitution. Please contact

AGM/other meetings
The Friends normally hold their AGM in July. It's advertised locally and is open to all members to attend.
